Chief of Marketing and Communications Department at “Baku City Circuit” Operation Company and the national press secretary of European Grand Prix for "Formula-1", Nigar Arpadarai said these words.

Arpadarai Nigar said: calendar of "Formula 1” will be active since the end of March. The first race will be in Australia. We will try to hold the promotion for race zones. We will have communication with the international press. This is a step to attract tourists from abroad. Greater attention has to us.

We are very excited to say fans of "Formula-1" welcome to Baku.

Nigar Arpadari added that totally 30 thousand seating places and 10 thousand standing places are intended for the spectators of race. She noted that it is expected 10-12 thousand foreign tourists’ arrival to Azerbaijan. The official said co-operation with special hotels has been established to accommodate the tourists. At the same time, relations have been strengthened with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Now the work is being done by this institution. According to our estimate, 60-65 percent of the hotels have being reserved. This is a very good result.
