Fernando Alonso has been elected ambassador to the European Grand Prix in Baku. Nigar Arpadarai, the Head of Baku Grand Prix Marketing and Communication Department said about it.

She added that THE detailed explanation will be made during coming hours. N. Arpadarai noted F. Alonso will be the fourth ambassador in the European Grand Prix.

34-year-old Spanish driver is two-time world champion.

In addition, other ambassadors are Rahim Aliyev, Gulhuseyn Abdullayev and Tunzala Agayeva.
