Our wrestler defeated the Armenian and advanced to the final

The U-20 European wrestling championship continues in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Axar.az reports with reference to Idman.biz that Greco-Roman wrestlers fought on the second day of the competition.

Out of 7 wrestlers who stepped on the carpet, only one kept the chance to win a medal. Ismayil Rzayev (82 kg) defeated Israeli Omer Barak (8:0), Bulgarian Martin Shishekov (tush) and Croatian Antonio Lukacha (9:0) and advanced to the semi-finals. Ismayil faced Armenian Erik Matevosyan in the semi-finals. Our wrestler advanced to the final with a score of 2:1.

It should be noted that the final match will be held tomorrow.
