French legend, former UEFA president Michel Platini criticized FIFA.

Axar.az reports that he said that football is not an Olympic sport.

Platini said that he is not interested in the performance of the French team at the Olympics.

"Football is not an Olympic sport. I am not interested in the performance of the French Olympic team. FIFA never wanted the Olympics to be the best. You can perform with the second, third, fourth team, it does not matter."

Platini admitted that he is looking forward to the Paris-2024 Summer Olympic Games. He said that during the competition, sports gathered a large crowd around him.
