Saley qualifies for Paris 2024 Paralympics butterfly final

Azerbaijani para-swimmer Raman Saley (S12 category) has qualified for the final at the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games held in France.

Axar.az reports that the athlete competed in the 100-meter "butterfly" stroke event.

He reached the finish in 58.16 seconds.

Saley placed second among 13 participants. The top 8 para-swimmers will compete in the decisive round.

It is noted that the final will begin at 19:30 Baku time. Paris 2024 will conclude on September 8.
