Ronaldo out of Asian Champions League due to illness

Portuguese national team player and Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr's forward Cristiano Ronaldo has contracted a virus.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Al-Nassr's press service.

The 39-year-old forward will miss the away match against Iraq's Al-Shorta in the first round of the Asian Champions League due to illness.

It should be noted that the Al-Shorta vs. Al-Nassr match will be held on September 16 in Baghdad.
