The causes of the death of famous bodybuilder Ilia Golem, known by the nickname "Mutant," at the age of 36 have been revealed.

Axar.az reports that the bodybuilder suffered a heart attack a week ago and fell into a coma. His wife, Anna, reported that he was declared brain dead two days after being taken to the hospital.

Doctors have described the bodybuilder's diet plan as "insanity." It was reported that Ilia Golem consumed 208 pieces of sushi and 2.5 kg of meat daily, totaling 16,500 calories. Additionally, to gain more muscle mass, the athlete was injecting himself with 50 doses of insulin every day.

The athlete weighed 165 kg and was 185 cm tall.
