Azerbaijani female wrestler Jala Aliyeva (57 kg) won the gold medal of the U-23 World Championship held in Tirana, the capital of Albania.

He didn't give Turkish Sevim Akbash any chance in the next round - 10:0. In the semi-finals, Aliyeva overcame American Sofia Macaluso and reached the final of the U-23 World Championship for the second time in a row.

Jala faced Ruka Natami from Japan in the final. The meeting with the opponent, who was the world champion among teenagers and young adults, took place in an intense struggle. Our wrestler, who won against Natami with a score of 10:8, became the world champion.
