The November ranking of the world’s top football coaches has been released, with Qurban Qurbanov, the head coach of Azerbaijan's Qarabağ, climbing to 146th place on the list of the planet's 500 most powerful specialists.

Axar.az reports that Qurbanov is the only Azerbaijani coach in the ranking. He has accumulated 1658 points, gaining 9 points since last month, which was enough for a 9-spot rise.

Russian coach Kurban Berdyev, who manages Turan Tovuz, is ranked 57th globally with 1796 points. He earned 6 points during the reporting period, moving up two spots.

Fernando Santos, coach of Azerbaijan’s national team, has 1624 points and holds the 192nd position, with a one-spot drop.

The top of the list is led by Pep Guardiola of Manchester City, with 2211 points.
