The name of the Azerbaijani club interested in "Beroe" striker Leandro Godoy has been revealed.

Axar.az reports that the Argentinian, who played in Bulgaria, was included in the transfer list of "Garabagh".

The Aghdam representative targeted him instead of Olavio Juninho, whom he sold to "Flamengo" for 5 million euros. Currently, the negotiations between the parties are continuing rapidly.

Lokomotiv from Russia and SSKA from Bulgaria are also interested in the services of the 23-year-old forward.

Beroe is said to be demanding 1 million euros in compensation for Godoy. He has a contract with this club until the summer of 2027.

A center forward, Godoy has appeared in 18 games in all competitions for Beroe this season, scoring 12 goals (all in the top league).

The Argentine moved to Beroe after playing for Racing, Chacarita Juniors (both Argentina) and Torreense (Portugal). He performed on loan at "Defensa Justice".
