CBF mulls foreign coaches for Brazil team

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) intends to appoint a foreign head coach to the national team.

Axar.az informs citing the local publication UOL.

After the dismissal of Dorival Junior, the CBF is considering three main candidates. These are Carlo Ancelotti ("Real Madrid"), Josep Guardiola ("Manchester City"), and Jorge Jesus ("Al-Hilal").

Allegedly, the president of the organization, Ednaldo Rodriguez, prefers Ancelotti's candidacy.

It should be noted that the Brazilian national team recently lost to Argentina in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers with a score of 1:4.
