Intensive missile attacks against Ganja, Mingachevir, Barda, Tartar, and other major cities of Azerbaijan are a state terror carried out by Armenia to kill civilians. Therefore, the political and military leadership of Armenia must be responsible.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, on Twitter.

"Armenian armed forces fired on the central market of Ganja. How can the market have a military significance? The rocket attack was carried out only to cause mass casualties among the civilian population. Armenia continues state terror against the civilian population of Azerbaijan," he said.
