According to the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in recent days, it was revealed that members of various terrorist organizations, including foreign nationals, illegally crossed the state border into Armenia and formed illegal armed groups. Some of them are used as mercenaries in the war.

Axar.az reports citing the Prosecutor General's Office that in order to prevent such illegal actions, educational videos were prepared in French, Spanish, German, Russian, English and Arabic on how foreign citizens enter the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Foreign citizens are required not to participate as mercenaries in the aggressive war against the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the occupation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
