A shooting took place at Perm University in Russia.

Axar.az informs this was reported by Interfax.

An unidentified man reportedly opened fire on bystanders.

8 people were killed and 6 got injured in the incident.

According to the Russian Investigative Committee, the number of people injured in the shooting at the university has reached 28.

An 18-year-old man named Timur Bekmansurov, who opened fire on bystanders, was detained by law enforcement officers.
