Workers at the Sungun copper mine in the Iranian city of Varzekan have gone on strike since yesterday.
Axar.az reports that the information was spread on social networks. The reasons are poor working conditions, low wages and unequal treatment of employees.
This is the third strike at the mine in two months.
It should be noted that the mine is located 78 km north of Tabriz and is one of the largest copper mines in the Middle East.
