According to the combat training plan of 2022, "Sniper training course" is held in the Azerbaijan Army.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense.

In accordance with the training program, officers with high military knowledge and experience teach cadets the tactical and technical characteristics of various sniper weapons and their operational rules. Practical shootings are carried out to improve the skills of the participants in using a sniper weapon.

Certificates will be presented to those who successfully complete the course, which is organized in order to further improve the combat capability of military personnel.
