Baku has repeatedly called on Yerevan to act wisely. However, the leadership of Armenia has been constantly working in corners under the influence not only of its internal "hawks", but also of foreign "consultants". This has led to the fact that despite the fact that two and a half years have passed since the shameful surrender of Armenia, the peace agreement has not yet been signed.
