It was reported that the city was under heavy fire during the night, and one of the shells fell on the building of the internal affairs department of the province. Some residents are preparing to leave the city.

Governor of the province Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the centre and surroundings of Shebekino city were fired from "Grad", as a result of which 5 civilians died.
