A US Air Force pilot set himself on fire shouting "Freedom for Palestine" in front of the Israeli Embassy in Washington due to the US policy in Palestine.

The pilot shared those moments live on his page on the Twitch video platform. He demanded that Israel stop the genocide. The embassy staff prevented him and tried to put out the fire, but the pilot was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital in a serious condition.

The incident happened at the same time as Netanyahu's appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers for permission for military operations in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.

The pilot's name has not been released.
