The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia has denied the news about the detention of an Azerbaijani saboteur in the center of Yerevan in the virtual space.

Axar.az reports that Armenia's MIA has released information about this.

According to information, in the center of Yerevan, the police detained a Russian tourist on suspicion of drug addiction:

"The incident happened last night. The Russian citizen was detained at the intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Amiryan Street and taken to the central department of the capital administration. However, no drugs were found on him and it was known that he came to Armenia as a tourist."

It should be noted that the news about the detention of an Azerbaijani saboteur in the center of Yerevan was published in the Armenian press.
