They will again establish contact, contact, trade, and implement joint projects.

Baku will continue to implement its projects and establish geopolitical communications with Europe, the United States, and other countries. This is the pinnacle of ingenious political chess! This is how it should be done! I have always said that there are two kinds of democracy in the West: one for domestic use and the other, as they say, for export. But that's not the point. It is about the fact that we, the citizens of Ukraine, should look carefully and study Ukraine as a state!

Just as the seemingly small countries - Azerbaijan, and Georgia - understand their complex geographical position and are at the intersection of global geopolitical interests and take the right steps. They don't want war. Instead, they pursue a multi-vector, multi-pronged policy. Neither the Russians nor the Americans will start a war against them. So, they can protect themselves, defend their interests, and take drastic measures if necessary.

Ilham Aliyev also took such harsh steps: he took a tough stance against the Soros, Macron, and Putin and forced Putin to apologize twice. Even compensation will be paid. The same thing is happening in Georgia. This small country understands that the Caucasus is an explosively dangerous region. They don't want war. Instead, they try to advance their interests and show it to the whole world.

Now to the main issue. The previous rules no longer exist, and the international order will not remain the same. Today is a period of geopolitical uncertainty in the world. The role and interests of many small and medium-sized countries will be taken into account. Geopolitical balances, balances of power, and even borders will change.

The most important thing is that under the hegemony of one country, there is a transition from a unipolar world to a multipolar world structure. In this new system, big powers will no longer be able to ignore the interests of small and medium-sized countries - whether in Europe, Asia, the Caucasus, Latin America, or the Global South. This should be a lesson for Ukraine: to learn how to behave in today's world full of political passions," he said.
