Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has apologized to US President Donald Trump for the scandal in the White House.
Axar.az informs that this was reported by the US President's special representative, Stephen Whitkoff.
He noted that Zelensky sent a letter of apology to Trump.
"Zelensky sent a letter to the president. He apologized for the incident that occurred in the Oval Office. I think this was an important step. There were many discussions between our teams, the Ukrainians, and the Europeans involved in this matter. I would call this progress," he emphasized.
It should be noted that during a meeting at the White House on February 28, an argument broke out between Zelensky and Trump (including Vice President Vance), as a result of which Zelensky left the White House early.
