Strong quake strikes Kamchatka, Russia

A 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck Russia’s Kamchatka peninsula.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Kamchatka branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The earthquake was recorded at a depth of 59.8 km.

It is worth noting that three strong earthquakes also occurred in Russia the previous day.
