Second suspect arrested in Louvre jewelry heist

A person suspected of theft at the Louvre Museum has been detained at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Axar.az reports that “France Info” released this information.

It was stated that a total of four suspects are being sought in connection with the incident.

Another person suspected of stealing jewelry from the Louvre Museum has been detained.

According to the information, as a result of an operation conducted by French law enforcement agencies, another suspect was captured in the Saint-Denis district in the north of Paris.

It should be noted that on October 19, the Louvre Museum was robbed, and 9 items from Emperor Napoleon III’s jewelry collection were stolen.
