Armenia, EU discuss regional connectivity and cooperation

Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan had a telephone conversation with the Director General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission, Gert Jan Koopman.

Axar.az reports that the parties discussed opening regional communications and stressed the need to expand economic and transport links between the European Union, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.

During the telephone conversation, the prospects for deepening Armenia-European Union cooperation were discussed.
