Axar.az reports that this was stated by Keith Kellogg, the U.S. President Donald Trump’s special representative for Ukraine.

“There are some things in the plan that need to be clearly written and well explained. The document will also include security guarantees, and the main guarantor should be the United States to avoid the mistakes made in the Budapest Memorandum and the Minsk agreements,” Kellogg said.

According to him, Ukrainians trust the Americans, and it is very likely that Zelensky may travel to the U.S. to support the plan.
