Moscow–Samarkand flight makes emergency landing

A Pobeda Airlines aircraft operating the Moscow–Samarkand route was forced to make a diversion to Bukhara this morning due to dense fog at Samarkand Airport.

Axar.az reports, citing the press service of Uzbekistan Airports.

“Due to unfavorable meteorological conditions at Samarkand Airport, the aircraft operating the Moscow–Samarkand flight made a forced landing in Bukhara.

At present, the crew and passengers are waiting for weather conditions to improve in order to continue the flight to Samarkand.”
