Two Iranian border guards killed in traffic accident

Two border guards have been killed in a road traffic accident in Iran’s Sistan-Baluchestan region.

Axar.az reports, citing Iranian media, that the accident occurred due to adverse weather conditions in the area, including fog and reduced visibility.

According to the report, a vehicle belonging to the border guard service collided with another vehicle.

The accident took place near the border with Pakistan, and the two deceased border guards held the rank of senior sergeant.
