A collision involving 67 vehicles has occurred in Japan.

Axar.az reports, citing the Kyodo news agency, that the accident left two people dead and 31 others injured, five of whom are in serious condition.

It was reported that the crash took place in the Minakami area. Following the accident, about 20 vehicles caught fire, and the blaze was extinguished approximately seven and a half hours later.
