Lukashenko says he’s fine after hockey fall

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has made a statement after falling on the ice during a hockey match.

Axar.az reports that he said he felt fine and was preparing for the next game.

"A normal business situation... Beat your own to scare others! Everything is fine. I feel fine, but I have a strain in my back. I am preparing for the next game," Lukashenko said.

It should be noted that on December 27, the country's leader's team played a hockey match with opponents from the Brest region. A video has been circulating on social media showing one of the players of the president's team accidentally knocking Lukashenko to the ground during the match.
