US bans commercial flights over Venezuela

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has banned the country’s commercial aircraft from flying over Venezuela at any altitude.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by The New York Times.

The ban came into effect at 02:00 local time and will remain in force for 23 hours.

The restrictions were imposed due to ongoing military activity.

It should be noted that the US military carried out strikes on Venezuela today.
