Iran’s Judiciary Chief: No concessions to protesters

This time, there will be no concessions to the protesters.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of the Iranian judiciary, Gholamhossein Mohsuni Ejei.

He claimed that foreign forces were behind the protests:

"Against the backdrop of the businessmen's protests, many are also trying to cause unrest by targeting the country's national security, and there will be no understanding with them."

Ejei said that the harsh reaction against the protesters was also related to the statements of the US and Israeli governments:

"Because the foolish and occupier US President Donald Trump and the Prime Minister of the criminal Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, have openly declared their support for the rioters."

He appealed to Iran's Prosecutor General Mohammad Mowahedi Azad, demanding that strict measures be taken against the protesters and that no concessions be made.
