Zelensky is a very strong person. I remember once when I went to Ukraine, I said to President Trump, "Sir, he looks a lot like you."

Axar.az reports that this was said by Keith Kellogg, the US President's special representative for Ukraine.

"I said that Zelensky is a courageous leader. I also told people in the administration that we haven't seen a leader like him in the United States since Abraham Lincoln. I mean, no one has had to fight an existential struggle like him on their own soil. And we have to accept that. We have to understand where he's coming from. He stands up for Ukraine. He's not afraid to express his opinion. He knows how to use the media," Kellogg said.

According to Kellogg, Trump did not like this statement about Zelensky:

"He didn't agree with it."
