The unrest in Iran was a US plan.

Axar.az reports that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said this.

"We consider the US president a criminal for the harm he caused and the slander he made against the Iranian people, and the losses he caused as a result. The recent unrest was an American plan. Trump himself intervened in these unrest, made statements, supported the rioters, and said he would provide military support," Khamenei added.

He noted that the US planned these events, and its goal was domination over Iran.

"This is not about the current US president. This is American policy," he stressed.
