Dozens of mosques burned in Iran's protests

More than 50 mosques and 180 ambulances were burned during the protests in Iran.

Axar.az informs that the Iranian embassy in Russia reported this.

It was reported that the protests resulted in the burning of 26 banks and 25 mosques in Tabriz alone, while 53 mosques were targeted across the country.

It should be noted that mass protests began in Iran on December 28 last year over the devaluation of the national currency.
