3 killed as training plane crashes in Russia

Three people were killed after a training aircraft crashed in Russia’s Orenburg region on Monday.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, the plane was carrying two cadets and an instructor from the St. Petersburg Civil Aviation University.

"All three on board were killed," the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said.

The ministry did not provide preliminary information on the possible cause of the crash.
