Ukraine conflict systemic mistake of Western countries

The Ukrainian conflict is a systemic mistake of Western countries.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that Russian President Vladimir Putin said: “One can say that almost everything happening now… is undoubtedly a mistake, first and foremost by Western countries. It is a systemic mistake."

Additionally, commenting on the West’s role in the Ukrainian crisis, Putin said that they are reaping what they sowed.

He also described the relationship between Kyiv and the EU with the phrase:

“The tail wags the dog.”
