Pezeshkian: Dialogue must be based on commitments

Fulfilling commitments is the legitimate basis for any meaningful dialogue.

Axar.az reports, citing Tasnim, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian made the remarks while speaking about dialogue with the United States.

He noted that, in addition to the deep historical distrust in Iran toward the past behavior and performance of the U.S. government, the recent non-constructive and contradictory approach of American officials carries a bitter message: that they want Iran to surrender.

“The people of Iran will not submit to force,” he said.
