Trump urges Iran to release eight women ahead of talks - Photo

U.S. President Donald Trump has called on Iranian leaders to release eight women facing death sentences.

Axar.az reports, Trump addressed "Iranian leaders who will soon enter negotiations" with his representatives, urging them to release the women and stressing that such a move would be appreciated.

“To the Iranian leaders, who will soon be in negotiations with my representatives: I would greatly appreciate the release of these women. I am sure that they will respect the fact that you did so. Please do them no harm! Would be a great start to our negotiations!,” Trump wrote.
