Seven killed in market explosion in Pakistan - Video

A deadly explosion has occurred in a market in the Lakki Marwat district of northwestern Pakistan.

Axar.az reports that the blast took place in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

According to initial reports from Pakistani media outlets, at least seven people were killed, including two police officers and five civilians, while several others were injured.

The exact number of wounded has not yet been confirmed.

Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation at the scene to determine the circumstances of the blast.
