WUF14 to be held in Mexico City, mayor announces

The 14th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF14) will be held in Mexico City.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Mexico City Mayor Clara Brugada during a joint opening session of the assemblies held within the framework of the 13th UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).

“Mexico City has a rich historical heritage. In this sense, our people are a valuable source of ideas for this topic,” she said.

The mayor also noted that, within WUF13, delegates from more than 100 countries are discussing one of the most fundamental issues concerning the future of humanity.
