Ten killed in armed attack in Mexico's Puebla state

A shooting attack in Mexico’s Puebla state has left 10 people dead, including a minor.

Axar.az reports, citing Reuters, that the state Public Security Ministry said the victims were targeted by armed individuals in the municipality of Tehuitzingo.

According to the ministry, the dead include six men, three women, and one child.

State and federal forces have launched a joint investigation and operational deployment to locate the perpetrators.

The Public Security Ministry also pledged “zero impunity” for the killings and said intelligence efforts are underway to determine the motive behind the attack.
