Hatay floods leave four dead, one missing

Heavy rainfall in Turkiye’s Hatay province has caused severe flooding and landslides, leaving four people dead and one person still missing.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkish media, that intense downpours led to the Asi River overflowing, inundating streets, roads, homes, workplaces, and agricultural land across several districts.

In addition, a house collapsed after a landslide, while multiple bridges and roads were damaged or collapsed. Vehicles were also swept away or severely damaged by floodwaters.
