Drone sightings disrupt operations at Munich Airport

Drone sightings near Munich Airport in southern Germany temporarily disrupted air traffic operations on Saturday morning.

Axar.az reports that security measures were implemented following reports of suspected drones in the area, leading to the temporary closure of runways and a brief suspension of flight operations.

Police were deployed to the scene and launched an investigation.

Although airport operations have since resumed, several flights were delayed or canceled.

The situation is now under control, and the investigation is ongoing.
