361 detained in ISIS raids across Turkiye

Operations targeting ISIS have been carried out across 39 provinces of Turkiye, resulting in the detention of 361 suspects over the past 20 days.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkish media, that the operations were conducted under the coordination of the Intelligence Directorate of the General Directorate of Security, the Counter-Terrorism Department, the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), and the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Offices.

According to the statement, the suspects were identified as individuals who had previously operated within ISIS and provided financial support to the group.

During the operations, unlicensed weapons and ammunition, documents, and digital materials were also seized.
