France intelligence aids Armenia in online monitoring

French intelligence services are assisting Armenian authorities in blocking online criticism of the government and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan ahead of parliamentary elections.

Axar.az reports, citing Le Journal du Dimanche, that Armenian authorities are receiving active support from French intelligence in countering what the publication describes as dissent online.

According to the report, employees of the VIGINUM unit are monitoring and blocking online statements that contradict the official government narrative.
