Kremlin: Moscow open to talks if Zelensky is 'serious'

If Vladimir Zelensky is ready to speak responsibly and seriously, he can always come to Moscow.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, that Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists, commenting on reports that Zelensky had proposed a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the G7 summit.

“Everything has already been said and offered to Zelensky by Putin. It was said and repeated several times that if Zelensky is ready to speak responsibly and seriously, the Kiev regime knows perfectly well what he is talking about, then he can always come to Moscow, where he will be received,” the Kremlin spokesperson said.

It should be noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had offered to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin during the G7 summit, but Putin rejected the proposal.
