Former Armenian Health Minister dies while driving - Photo

Former Armenian Health Minister Gagik Stambultsyan was found dead inside his vehicle in Ararat Province on Saturday.

Axar.az reports, citing Armenian media, that the body was discovered in a Changan vehicle on the 45th kilometer of the Yerevan–Yeraskh highway, in the administrative area of Vedi.

Stambultsyan was the founder of the Avangard Medical Center and a former member of parliament.

According to preliminary information, Stambultsyan died suddenly while driving, causing the vehicle to crash.

Authorities have launched a criminal investigation into the incident.
