Kyiv declares day of mourning after attack

July 3 has been declared a day of mourning in memory of those killed in Russia's large-scale attack on Kyiv.

Axar.az reports that Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko made the announcement.

On the day of mourning, flags will be flown at half-mast across the Ukrainian capital, entertainment events will be canceled, and the victims will be honored in remembrance.
