Peskov points to dual US policy on Ukraine

The Kremlin has pointed to what it described as the United States' dual approach to Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Washington continues to supply weapons to Kyiv while, unlike Europe, maintaining its desire to help advance the peace process.

"The United States continues to supply Ukraine with weapons and military technology on a large scale. We know this. We are under no illusions, and President Putin is fully aware of it. At the same time, there is a certain duality in the U.S. position," Peskov said at a briefing.

According to Peskov, although the United States is sometimes mistaken, the Kremlin believes Washington is sincerely seeking peace. Moscow welcomes that.
